Republican fear mongering on FISA debate
The Bush Administration wants to give Telecom companies immunity for assisting the government with illegal wiretaps. This might actually go through because of the spineless reps we have in Congress who believe these Orwellian tactics are necessary to protect us.
I have an idea. How about securing our ports and borders and getting our nose out of Middle East politics? Oh I forgot, corporate profits and oil.
